Joséphine Tea CakesOne of the little-known facts about lavender is that it is edible and perfumes any cake it happens to find itself in with a subtle, yet unmistakable floral essence. We stumbled upon this calming flower during our travels to Eze, a charming mountain village on the Cote D'Azur. Upon our return home, we were eager to put our souvenir to good use - thus, our Joséphine cakes were born. If France and Italy got married and had a baby, it would be these delicious lavender cornmeal cakes. We got too impatient to wait, so we took it upon ourselves to help them out. Trust us, they are scrumptious.
