Some people love chocolate, others are all about the fruit. These vanilla cakes are dolloped with pineapple frosting, an inspiration of the juicy, ripe fruit we sampled at the Dole plantation we visited while vacationing in Hawai'i. And really, nothing is better to transport you back to the tropics than a refreshingly sweet treat, even if just for a moment. Topped with berries or beautiful flowers, these cupcakes are almost too pretty to eat.
